    The March 29th edition of Cinnamon Jazz & Jam by the Lake is cancelled due to the prevailing situation. All tickets purchased will be refunded or extended for the next event.

  1. Age Limit

    • This is a family friendly event open to all age categories.
    • Free admittance to children below the age of 8
  2. Admission and Late Arrival

    • All guests may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes and other possessions, when entering the venue. Guests who don’t agree to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from the venue.
  3. Refunds and Cancellations

    • Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be refunded (unless of course the event/performance is cancelled).
  4. Exchanges and Upgrades

    • If the exchange or upgrade occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 20% exchange fee will apply subject to availability. No exchange would be accommodated less than 30 days prior to the event.
  5. Ticket Policies

    • Your contract for the purchase of ticket(s) is formed as soon as We have processed your payment and will expire immediately after the performance of the Event for which You purchased ticket(s). However, any purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks and your transaction may be cancelled if it has not passed our verification processes.
    • Your purchase of ticket(s) is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate and should be read in conjunction with the event promoters’ conditions and regulations, copies of which are available on the Event or Venue website or at Venue Box Office. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in relation to venue or promoter requirements, those of the promoter shall prevail. If no Promoter, those of the Venue shall prevail
    • It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.
    • We will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. The Management only accept responsibility for tickets bought from one of its own managed sales points. Any queries regarding tickets purchased from ticket Agents must be directed back to the relevant agent.
    • We and the Event Partner(s) reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the ticket if the staging of the Event reasonably requires, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the ticket.
    • Possession of a Ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on You to use, alter, copy or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
    • Any ticket cannot be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by the Event Partner(s), provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of our trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to our prior consent.
    • You agree not to obtain or attempt to obtain any ticket(s) through unauthorized use of any robot, spider or other automated device or any other illegal or unauthorized activity. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket transaction which We reasonably suspect to have been made in breach of these provisions without any notice to You and all ticket(s) purchased as part of such transaction will be void.
    • Where a discount is applicable, proof of identity and concession entitlement (for example of age or student status) may be required.
  6. Price and Payment

    • The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your order. All advertised prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and per ticket booking fee (where applicable) but exclusive of any per transaction, collection or delivery fee.
    • No order will be accepted until We have received full payment in cleared funds. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which We reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.
    • All concessions and discounts are subject to availability, they may be restricted to certain price levels and performances.
    • Only one concession or discount is available per ticket.
  7. Ticket Collection

    • To avoid queues, tickets may be collected at any designated Cinnamon ticket outlets at least 1 day before the event.
    • Credit cards used to make the booking must be presented when collecting the tickets.
  8. Prohibited

    • All items prohibited under Sri Lankan law not limited to any Drugs, use of e-cigarettes, weapons are prohibited within the theatre.
  9. Refreshments and Meals

    • Outside meals are not allowed.

    The entertainment!

    Great entertainers – local bands and international guest appearances to hype up the entertainment.
    It’s the most happening social event with great music, great food and good vibes.

  1. How much are the tickets?

    1000 LKR (First come first serve seating l Entrance Only)

    2000 LKR (Reserved seating with table service)

  2. What’s included in the ticket?

    All tickets are for entrance only. The price is inclusive of VAT and government taxes.

  3. What is the age limit for the event?

    All are welcome. There is no age limit.
    Free admittance to children below the age of 8

  4. Can I book over the phone?

    Yes, phone reservations are accepted.

    Through the ticket counters at Cinnamon Lakeside

  5. I don’t like paying online. Is there another way I could purchase tickets?

    Tickets will be available at the Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo.
    Walk-in is possible subjective to availability.

  6. What payment methods do you accept?

    Online bookings are available via www.cinnamonboxoffice.com.

  7. What debit/ credit cards do you accept?

    We accept debit and credit cards for Visa and Master and American Express.

  8. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

    Bookings can be made directly through www.cinnamonboxoffice.com. Generally, you should receive your email and SMS confirmation within an hour of booking. If your email has not been received then please check your spam filter or, if you’re unsure, please contact us on 071 711 8111.

  9. Are there special offers/ discounts?

    Yes, there will be special deals on F&B.
    Any card discounts advertised will be subject to terms and conditions.

  10. Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can buy?

    There is no limit to the number of tickets you can buy. Subject to current promotions on the site

  11. Are there actual tickets to collect/purchase?

    No. You will only receive an E-ticket.

Cancellations

  1. What if I am unable to use my tickets?

    Once tickets are confirmed they cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless of course the event/performance is cancelled).

  2. What if the event is cancelled?

    If the event you are attending is cancelled, you will generally receive details on the spot advising you of what happens next.

  3. When being refunded for a cancelled event, when can I expect to receive the refund?

    Refunds will normally be credited back within 14 working days, unless advised otherwise at the time your refund is confirmed.
